Ruff Tuff make custom seat covers for many makes and models, including popular choices such as Chevy Silverado, Ford F-150, and Toyota Tacoma (among many other Chevrolet, Ford, and Toyota models), as well as Dodge and Ram Trucks, Jeep, and most other cars, trucks, and SUVs sold and driven in the US and Canada.

Inserts

We replace damaged or worn sections of car seat without complete re upholstering. Maybe they wore out the outside portion of the seat and the rest of the upholstery looks good. We match the material and most times we can especially vinyl or leather, cloth can be harder. The cover is removed the bad section cut out along seams and the new pieces after patterned from the old sections are sewed in and the repair doesn't even look as it has ever been replaced.

Vinyl or leather maybe a partial restyle. Some customers rather personalize their vehicle and they will want us to change out the center "Insert" and replace it with materials either different such as from a center cloth to a vinyl or leather.

Custom Car Upholstery

We replace or more common repair and improve Foam cushion, add support or modify to meet the customer's needs. Seats from a few decades past had springs. a heavy decking and then a pad "Foam or Cotton". We can replace the broken springs, decking and pad and restore the seat base to original style and feel.

Many cars started incorporating Foam Buns that more commonly break down and need partial repair or replacement which we do as well. Also, this style of seat its easier to make the foam more firm or softer per the customer's needs.

Restyle or add Lumbar support either fixed or adjustable by the push of a button. There are some customers whose needs or wants are in-depth such as positioning a new Lumbar support to meet the build of there body or others may want a support that can adjust from a shallow position to a more pronounce arch.

With bucket seats some customers want the outside bolster firmer or softer more pronounce or less or no raise "flat" bolster. we can do a lot to help out the vehicle owner in more personalizing the seat to meet their taste and requirements.

Leather Seats

Being in the upholstery trade for nearly fifty years it was a normal service we offered changing seats and customizing them "Restyling" a more common terminology. One of the normal requests was to change all the seating out to Leather. We offer this service till this day as we are a full custom shop as well.

Leather Kits are another avenue that our customers can consider. This as great cost savings advantage over custom and for a majority of our customers an excellent value. Our outside vendor makes the kit for us from our specifications and sends us a completed kit to install.

We Can choose from a variety of colors /and thread color. Two tone an option Adds value to the resale of the vehicle Little down time as we need two days or less to complete a quality install.

Headliners

Many vehicles have a Molded Board that the cloth is bonded to. The Foam backing after many years fail and the fall down. The board is removed and cleaned new cloth bonded and reinstalled

Older vehicles have a suspended headliner we also do those.
